With over 25 years experience in Human Resources, a JD with an  Employment Law concentration, and an MBA with a focus in Management and New Venture Management, Sarah is an influential and strategic HR professional with the ability to understand the business objectives and tie them to people. She has a highly developed ability to anticipate people impact and to translate communications so different parties hear the right message. These abilities also prove beneficial in coaching leaders and employees to:

  • develop higher emotional intelligence

  • navigate sensitive topics, and

  • encourage an intentional culture.
